WHITE BREAD RECIPE: (1 Loaf)

-1.5 cups of warm water

-1 tsp instant or active dry yeast

-11/2 tsp salt

-Stir gently

-Add 3 cups all purpose flour or bread flour

(*Bread Flour: 1 cup of All Purpose Flour + 1 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten)

-Stir together, but do not knead

-Cover your bowl with saran wrap and place in oven, 

-Do not turn oven on, just turn on light to slightly warm the inside of oven

-Let sit for 1.5 hours

-Pull bread out and preheat oven to 400 degrees

-Remove plastic wrap, spray bread tins

-Pull, stretch, degas and lightly flour your dough and add dough to bread tins

-Put one bread tin on top of the other and secure with binder clips

-Bake bread for 35 minutes, pull out, remove top bread tin and brown bread for additional 5 minutes. 

 

WHOLE WHEAT BREAD RECIPE: (1 Loaf)

-1 cup warm water

-½ Tbsp yeast

-2.5 tbsp olive oil

-¼ cup honey (optional)

-1 tsp salt

-2 ¾ cups freshly ground whole wheat berries 

-Mix warm water with yeast, salt and honey and let sit for two minutes

-Add olive oil and stir, then mix in all flour

-Stir into a loose ball 

-Knead on counter for 10 minutes or in a stand mixer on low

-Cover your bowl with saran wrap and place on the counter

-Let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees

-Remove plastic wrap, spray bread tins

-Do not do anything to the dough, just add it to the bread tins

-Put one bread tin on top of the other and secure with binder clips

-Bake bread for 35 minutes, pull out, remove top bread tin and brown bread for additional 5 minutes.
